Santa Barbara is an hour and a half from los angeles. Oprah Winfrey lives here and michael douglas does too. A lot of big Hollywood superstars live there so it must be a very cool place to live. There are bike tracks around the beaches and you can go on a kayak trip around the waterways surrounding Santa Barbara. They call Santa Barbara the american riviera - there are three hundred days of sunshine a year. It is like you are on holidays all year round.

You can go fishing or sunbaking or get on the kayak and get out to sea, The shark are terrified of the giant squid. The waterfront is the main attraction in SB. The pedaro grill food is very good. YOu can get a pineapple bison burger or some veal. You can get to Los Angeles and get a car hire for the day or the week.
