The fragrant gardens at erina has acres of old world herbs and plants. Terrigal is a popular surf beach that has big waves and rocky outcrops for fishing and fossicking. Terrigal has lots of beachside accomodation . the crown plaza hotel has the best view.

You can go horse riding at peats ridge. There are many horse riding enthusiasts. The Central Coast of New South Wales meanders from Newcastle to Sydney and has many excellent world class surfing beaches. Gosford is the main city on the Central Coast and is located on beautiful Brisbane Waters, an estuary where you can go fishing, or boating, or sailing or eat at one of the many restaurants on the water side.
