The Central Coast of New South Wales meanders from Newcastle to Sydney and has many excellent world class surfing beaches. Gosford is the main city on the Central Coast and is located on beautiful Brisbane Waters, an estuary where you can go fishing, or boating, or sailing or eat at one of the many restaurants on the water side.
