One of the most famous places on the east coast of Australia is Byron bay. Every thursday there is a farmers market which includes organic produce. You can get fresh squeezed cane sugar juice with lime or ginger. There are fresh tomatoes straight from the farm. Hot chillies will take your breath away so make sure you get the heat you want. You get fresh wholesome food and sustain a local industry.

The Byron Bay area is home to lush prehistoric rain forests and they are valuable world heritages. You can go and see these amazing forests which have been world heritage listed. The most amazing area is near the ancient volcano that is now Mount Warning. You can climb to the top and see all the way to the ocean. A special thing to do is climb before dawn and see the sun rising over the sea. If you are lucky you will be able to see all the way south to Byron Bay. The surrounding caldera is the inside of a very long dead volcano. There are no active volcanoes in Australia.

At Byron Bay you can do a skydiving course at skydive centers. You will learn how to jump from a plane. All the equipment will be explained to you - how to put on the parachute, and how to land. Pull the flap, and away you go. Practice getting out of the plane, pulling the ripcord and then do the exam to make sure you know what you are doing and have understood the instructions given to you during the skydiving course. When you jump you should put into practice all the drills you have been doing. Get in the plane and away you go. Jump out with the instructors and float down to earth. It is the thrill of your life and the most excitement that you can have legally. Radio will guide you down to the ground and then you can jump around like a mad man when you get to the ground. There is nothing like it and is the most incredible feeling ever.
