Mumbai in India used to be known as Bombay. It is a huge sprawling city that lies on the west coast of India near the Arabian Sea. fify million people live here and many more are attracted here to make their wealth. You can volunteer to help the children at the charities that look after homeless children.
Bollywood is huge in Mumbai and is one of the biggest film industries in the world. Actors are very popular in India and lots of people come to India to become actors. they take a thirty days to make a 2.5 hour movie. You can go and have a look at them making movies and if you are lucky you may be able to become an extra. The bollywood films always have lots of dancing and music. and love of course but no kissing.
Chowpatty beach at mumbai has lots of entertainment and food. One of the special snacks you can get from the kiosk is Bhelpuri and Kulfi. You can get a horse ride along the beach or a massage, shoot an air gun at a target, watch the contortionists, snake charmers, and monkey trainers. Celebrations such as Coconut Day and Ganesh Chaturthi are held on the beach. Mumbai is a exciting and wild city full of life and bustling madness. Mumbai has a consistent warm temperature all year round. Most of the rain falls during the Monsoons between June and September. The Gateway of India is a twenty six meter stone archway. It is the first thing tourists see when they come into Mumbai harbour by ship. The Mahatma Jyotiba Phule market is a place where they sell flowers, fruits, vegetables, and meat and fish.
